Philanthropy

Overview

Through local grants and national initiatives, our Leading by Example program helps to ensure the charitable organizations we support can continue assisting their target groups. We have chosen education and workforce development as the primary focus areas of our philanthropic and volunteer initiatives not only because they are key community needs, but also because our expertise as a company can be most beneficial to groups that concentrate on these issues.

Program Highlights

  • Robert Half International offices around the globe celebrated the company's 60th anniversary by challenging employees to volunteer, and raise money and awareness for local charities. The "60,000 Hours for 60 Years of Service" (60K60) program was a success, engaging our employees in more than 70,300 hours of service in 2008.

  • Robert Half International is working with Dress for Success and other nonprofits throughout North America to provide low-income job seekers with interview-appropriate clothing. Following our successful suit drives, we are pleased to work again with community-based organizations in cities where we operate in the United States and Canada. The initiative, which includes participation from our employees, job candidates and clients, will be held in August 2009.
